Borgoscuro is the name of an ancient district of Gaiarine, in the province of Treviso, halfway between Venice and the Dolomites. The Maschio distillers' headquarters, a historic Venetian family that has created a new philosophy of grappa over time, has stood here for a century. In this tradition, Licio Maschio began a limited production, with a precise goal: to create a grappa with a unique taste, different from all others.

Tasting notes:

Intense and floral, this Borgoscuro grappa is the result of a blend of very fine grappas. The base includes 70% white pomace, mainly Prosecco and Chardonnay, and 30% red pomace, distilled in a discontinuous copper still.
Powerful and refined, best served chilled at 8-10°C.
