Fermentation occurs spontaneously with whole, destemmed berries, in concrete tanks at a temperature of 22-28°C for 15 days. Subsequently, the wine ages in large Slavonian oak barrels for one year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Langhe Nebbiolo is characterized by a ruby red color with purplish hues. The nose opens with aromas of violet and fresh red fruit like strawberry.
