Champagne Bollinger's Special Cuvée is produced in vineyards cultivated on the hills of Aÿ, in the French region of Champagne.

It is made from 60% Pinot Noir grapes, 25% Chardonnay grapes, and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes. The wine is aged in oak barrels and refined in the cellar for more than twice the time required by the appellation.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose opens with intense hints of ripe fruit, enriched by pleasant spicy aromas. On the palate, it is lively, velvety, and has a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes and sushi, it is ideal in combination with seafood and shellfish.
