Bellavista's Gran Cuvée Brut sparkling wine, Teatro alla Scala edition, comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

It is produced mainly with Chardonnay grapes and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The wine ferments in oak barriques at controlled temperatures for about 7 months, thus perfecting and enhancing the overall balance.

This Brut is characterized by a brilliant golden color with light green nuances. The nose opens with dominant floral notes of hawthorn, artemisia, and bay leaf, enriched by pleasant aromas of white-fleshed fruits that give harmony and olfactory sweetness. On the palate, it is elegant and dry, with a harmonious and balanced acidity.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is recommended to pair with fish dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.
