Arnaldo Caprai's Colle Martani Grechetto Grecante is born in vineyards located in the Torre di Montefalco in Umbria, from a winery that is continuously developing to create wines with great personality and typicality. It is produced exclusively with Grechetto grapes. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 3 months, and for another 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes:

The Grecante is characterized by a straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with an intense bouquet of exotic fruit and yellow peach, with hints of freesia and hawthorn. On the palate, it is full, fresh, and long-lasting.

Pairings:

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish dishes and white meats.
