Alturis' IGP Ribolla Gialla is an excellent expression of the native Friulian variety. Cultivated with care in the Alturis vineyards, the whole grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must is cold-decanted statically. Fermentation and "sur lies" ageing take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This wine reflects the unique terroir of the region.
