The grapes are delicately destemmed and pressed. The resulting must is left to ferment on the skins at a controlled temperature with frequent pump-overs to extract color and aromas. After devatting, aging continues in vitrified concrete tanks.

Tasting notes:

On the nose, it offers cherry aromas with subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is velvety and elegant with a fresh and inviting aftertaste.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with cured meats, appetizers or delicate first courses, fish, roasted veal, lamb, and white meats. Also serve chilled.
