The Trento DOC Metodo Classico Brut Millesimato sparkling wine from Cantina Altemasi is born in the most suitable sparkling wine vineyards of Trentino. It is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully hand-picked and selected. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages on lees for over 36 months.

Tasting notes:

This Millesimato is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a very fine-grained perlage and a very persistent foam. The nose opens with an elegant and complex aroma of delicate fruity notes, enriched by hints of citrus and peach. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry and fresh, with a refined and complex structure.

Pairings:

Ideal to serve as an aperitif, it is excellent paired with crispy mixed fried fish and lemon scaloppine.
