Allegrini's Recioto della Valpolicella DOC "Corte Giara," crafted from a careful selection of Corvina and Rondinella grapes, is a delicately sweet and inviting red wine, deep and expressive. It undergoes approximately 15 months of wood aging, half in Slavonian oak barrels and half in second-pass barriques.

Tasting notes: 

Compact ruby red, the nose expresses an intense aroma, dominated by an almost explosive expression of red berries and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is juicy, with excellent body and harmony. Never too sweet, it is characterized by an elegant and fresh acidic note that gives it drinkability and great length.

Pairings: 

At the end of a meal, it is an excellent accompaniment to cheeses and chocolate desserts.
